Pleasure, ecstasy, bliss – All men „GAY-TANTRA“ Playshop

Here's what you can expect:
To truly feel like a dynamic, sensual man, and at the same time be vulnerable, receptive, and connected: GAY-TANTRA shows you the way! Experience strength and ease when you communicate authentically with your sexuality and feel freer, more uninhibited, ecstatic, and loving in your interactions. By participating in the workshop 'Pleasure – Ecstasy – Bliss,' you will open up new perspectives for your love life. Feel sexually attractive and energized, and experience life directly and uncomplicatedly.

Theme:
Our self-confidence as a man is linked, among other things, to our sexual potency. Sometimes our self-confidence is inflated: we boast, live excessively and without inhibition, and disregard the needs of others. At other times, our self-esteem is inhibited: we suffer from low sexual potency, premature ejaculation, live a withdrawn and socially isolated life, and don't follow our true desires. This workshop aims to bring your self-confidence into a healthy balance and allow you to experience that sexuality can be playful, easy, and a source of great joy, ecstasy, and bliss.

Procedure and content:
🧡 Body awareness, movement and encounters help you get in touch with yourself and the other men.

🧡 Active and calm meditations stimulate the flow of energy. They sensitize the skin and organs and prepare you to perceive sensations of energy throughout your body. Mentally dividing your body into seven segments helps you to focus your awareness on specific regions.

🧡 A relaxation massage in the pelvis aims to help you reprogram the learned pattern you may have developed regarding genital touch: touch – arousal – stimulation – ejaculation – relaxation.

🧡 Genital and anal stimulation will help you avoid premature ejaculation, achieve a stronger erection, and maintain it longer. This stimulation will ignite your pelvic region and your sexual fire, allowing you to experience how this fire can spread throughout your body with the help of your chakras.

🧡 In the ritual 'Pleasure – Ecstasy – Bliss', you guide your sexual desire through your entire body and connect it with a partner. You immerse yourselves in a shared experience of sexual pleasure, energy, ecstasy, and stillness.

🧡 Through your own experiences, discussions, presentations, and exchanges, you will gain a clear understanding of how to integrate the workshop content into your daily life and improve it. The introductory workshop will also give you a better understanding of how you can benefit from advanced GAY-TANTRA courses and trainings, and what potential they offer.

This workshop is suitable for you:
– If you want to experience yourself, your body and your sexuality in a new way.

– If you want to develop your sex life further.
– If you want to combine sexuality with love, appreciation, respect and spirituality.
– If you want to increase your spontaneity and creativity and develop yourself.

Upon first registration for the Playshop, you will receive the following free of charge in advance to get you in the mood and prepare for the event:
– the GAY-TANTRA film 'Strong Man – Longer and harder erections, no premature ejaculation'.

Schedule:
The workshop begins on Friday at 7 pm (until approximately 10 pm). Saturday and Sunday start at 7:30 am and run until 10 pm, with a longer lunch break and shorter breaks in between. Sunday ends at 5 pm.

Venue:
The playshop will take place in the premises of the Institute 'Spiritual Touch', Olschewskibogen 12, 80935 Munich (Lerchenau).

You can reach this quiet oasis from Munich Central Station in about 30 minutes: U2 to Harthof, then take the bus or walk for about 15 minutes to the practice. Spiritual Touch.
If you arrive by car, you will find parking spaces directly in front of the house.

Accommodation/Meals:
To enhance the depth of the playshop experience, group spirit and cohesion, we will stay overnight in our own sleeping bags for EUR 30 per night in the spacious rooms of the practice (with mattresses, shower and toilet).
Your sleeping place is reserved for you.
We organize our own breakfast and eat it together. For lunch and Saturday evenings, you'll find restaurants and shops nearby.

Target group:
In principle, any man can participate in this playshop, regardless of age, sexual orientation, whether beginner or advanced, single or in a relationship. The only important factors are a genuine interest in gay tantra and a willingness to engage in challenging and profound experiences within a safe and supportive environment.
This workshop is not psychotherapy or a substitute for therapy. If you are currently in therapy or receiving spiritual guidance, please discuss your intended participation with your therapist or spiritual guide. Participation in the entire workshop is expected.
