Spiritual Touch Practice – Individual appointments
(Massages, bodywork, consultations, individual sessions)
Institute Spiritual Touch – Events
(Workshops, social evenings, day and multi-day seminars, training modules)
The following applies to both areas different booking, cancellation and withdrawal policies, which are clearly separated below.

The formats offered at Spiritual Touch are Self-discovery, educational and social opportunities.
They serve personal development, body awareness, mindfulness, and interpersonal encounters.
They are expressly no:
medical treatments
psychotherapeutic or medical treatments
substitute for medical or therapeutic care
It will No diagnoses were made. and No promises of healing or success were made..
Participation takes place voluntary and on one's own responsibility.
By registering, participants declare:
that they are sufficiently stable both physically and mentally,
that they can perceive and communicate their own boundaries,
that they can at any time participate in exercises, meetings or individual program items without giving reasons interrupt or leave.
It consists no obligation to perform or participate.
Some events may include:
Movement and physical activity
mindful physical contact
playful or experimental forms of encounter
emotional or internal processes
Participants acknowledge that emotional reactions or physical sensations may occur.
These are Part of self-discovery, however no therapeutic support dar.
The responsibility for how participants deal with their own emotions and physical reactions lies with them.
All events are based on:
Voluntary
mutual respect
clear communication of boundaries
mindful interaction with one another
Boundaries – verbal or nonverbal – must be respected at all times.
The event management reserves the right to exclude participants from the event in the event of repeated boundary-violating or significantly disruptive behavior.
Participation is at your own risk.
The organizer and the respective management are liable only for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence.
Liability for the following points is excluded:
Injuries caused by one's own movement or carelessness
emotional reactions or internal processes
personal decisions made by participants following an event
For events organized by external providers who use the premises of Spiritual Touch to use, lies the Content responsibility lies solely with the respective management..
In these cases, Spiritual Touch provides the space and organizational framework and assumes no liability for the content, methods or processes of the external event.
Personal data will be used exclusively for the organization of the respective event and will not be passed on to third parties.
All personal content, experiences, and statements shared during the events are subject to the mutual confidentiality.
Individual appointments are arranged individually and are binding.
Free cancellation until 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
For cancellations within 24 hours or in case of no-show, the full appointment fee will be charged.
This rule applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
A binding booking is made upon receipt of the registration.
If a deposit is required, this within 7 days of sending the registration confirmation to afford.
The remaining balance is due no later than the start of the event, unless otherwise agreed.
For the Somatic Arts Complete Training The regulations of the respective training contract also apply.
You have the right to cancel your registration within 14 days of the contract being concluded to revoke without giving reasons.
The cancellation must be declared in written form (e.g., by email). Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.
After the cancellation period has expired, the following cancellation conditions apply.
Until 30 days before the start of the seminar: Processing fee equal to the deposit
29–14 days before the start of the seminar: 25 % of the seminar fee
From 7 days before the start of the seminar or in case of no-show: 100 % of the seminar fee
Until 7 days before the start: 10 % of the ticket price
Until 72 hours before the start: 50 % of the ticket price
Less than 72 hours or no-show: 100 % of the ticket price
Providing a suitable replacement is possible after prior agreement and will exempt you from cancellation fees.
Should an event be cancelled for important reasons (e.g., illness, force majeure, insufficient number of participants):
Payments already made will be fully refunded. or
Can be credited towards another event upon request.
No further claims exist.
For multi-day events, booking accommodation and meals at the respective seminar venue may be mandatory.
In these cases, a separate contract is concluded with the respective provider. Their own terms and conditions apply.
We recommend taking out a Seminar or travel cancellation insurance, especially at multi-day events.
By registering, you agree to these seminar and participation terms and conditions.
