Dieses Wochenende öffnet den Raum für bewusste Berührung, Körperwahrnehmung und tantrische Körperweisheit.
Der Fokus liegt auf Ankommen, Sicherheit und Präsenz.
Awakening bildet gemeinsam mit dem zweiten Teil (Deepening) eine inhaltliche Einheit.
Die Aufteilung in zwei Wochenenden ermöglicht mehr Integration und eine nachhaltige somatische Erfahrung.

This basic module will guide you drei Tage lang through the basis of somatic tantric massage –
not as a technique, but as an embodied attitude. Birth of Touch means: you learn to give touch that listens – and to receive it without disappearing.

The process of the basic module
The basic module does not follow a rigid schedule. Instead, each day unfolds organically. organically from the group, the atmosphere, and what is perceptible in the body field. You can rely on the following:
Practical touch exercises at various intensities
Input impulses on presence, consent, body reading & nervous system
guided sequences, demonstrations & partner work
Phases of silence, integration & self-awareness
Reflection spaces & mindful sharing circles
a clear, safe framework – within which experience can grow freely
