An association for what truly works
Intuitive bodywork changes lives. We experience this daily in our practice. And yet, it remains inaccessible to many people – financially, institutionally, and socially. Furthermore, somatic education and intuitive bodywork are hardly institutionally anchored in Germany, and this is precisely where the VIKSB comes in.
That's why there is now the Association for the Promotion of Intuitive Bodywork & Somatic Education (VIKSB) And I, Jörg, am one of the founders.
What does the association do?
The VIKSB has a simple mission: to make somatic education and intuitive bodywork accessible to more people, regardless of their financial situation.
Specifically, this means:
- Funding for seminar participationPeople who cannot afford training or a seminar should still be able to participate.
- Support for individual sessionsThose who need therapeutic bodywork but do not receive coverage from their health insurance should not be left alone.
- Public education workThe association creates spaces where somatic knowledge from niche cultures can be disseminated more broadly. Cooperation with cultural and public institutions is an explicit part of the concept.
In short: We are building a bridge between what is possible in bodywork – and what only a few have achieved so far.
Why now?
I have witnessed for years how effective this work is. And how often people say: "I wish I'd had this earlier" – or: "I can't afford this."„
Both are unacceptable if one truly believes that the body is a place of self-healing.
The VIKSB This is my attempt to change that. Not by confronting what doesn't work – but by building something that does.
