Tantric massage for people with disabilities – bodywork for every body

There is an unspoken assumption in the world of bodywork: that touch and sensuality are something for certain bodies – healthy, mobile, inconspicuous bodies. People with disabilities often experience this differently: they are overlooked, considered asexual, or their needs for touch are simply not recognized.

This is not just painful. It's wrong.

Tantric massage in our practice is offered to all people – not to a specific body type. Who you are, what your body looks like or how it functions: that has no bearing on whether you are welcome. It only influences how we create the experience together.

What does "disability" mean in this context?

Disability can take many forms: chronic pain conditions, transverse or hemiplegia, multiple sclerosis, limited mobility due to accident or illness, deafness or blindness, neurological conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, persistent fatigue. Each of these situations presents its own challenges – and its own opportunities.

Therefore, what we always do is talk first. For specific physical needs, a detailed preliminary consultation is not a nice extra, but the true foundation of our work.

What can be adapted – and what always applies

We can flexibly arrange the following:

Positioning on the massage table: alternative positions, support with pillows, side lying instead of stomach or back lying

Duration and pace: shorter sessions with more breaks for guests who tire easily.

Type of touch: Intensity, depth and areas are agreed upon together – always

Communication: In cases of limited language, we will find clear signs of agreement and boundaries together.

Whatever the case may be: Touch only occurs with full consent. Boundaries are respected. You

You are the expert of your body – we are listening.

Sexuality and disability – a taboo that is dissolving

The World Health Organization defines sexual health as part of overall well-being – regardless of physical condition. People with disabilities have the same right to sensuality, pleasure, and body awareness as everyone else.

In Germany, awareness is beginning to shift: Assisted intimacy is being discussed, and support services for sexual participation are being piloted in some federal states. Tantric massage is one possible venue for encounter in this field – not a medical service, but a profoundly human space.

A first conversation – without inhibition

Many people with disabilities have had negative experiences: with medical facilities that have objectified their bodies, with services that promise inclusivity but fail to deliver. We understand if skepticism arises.

That's why we offer a free initial consultation – by phone, video, or in person. No pressure, no expectations. Just the space to feel if it's a good fit.
