What awaits you this evening
The Heart Circle is a monthly gathering for people seeking genuine connection – with themselves and with others. In a safe and supportive environment, led by Jörg and Eva Saur, we explore together what authentic connection truly means: presence, eye contact, the awareness of closeness and boundaries, and gentle, mindful touch.
No prior knowledge required. No performance required. Just arrive and feel it.
The evening's schedule
The evening unfolds as a deliberate arc – from arrival to integration.
We begin with a group warm-up in a circle. This is followed by guided activities. Encounter games, inviting nonverbal presence and genuine contact – entirely without touch, purely through space and resonance. After a short break, we will deepen our understanding with mindful practice. Touch exercisesThe session is clearly structured, with "yes" and "no" as equally valid answers. It concludes with time for reflection, a closing circle, and, for those who wish, an open discussion and exchange.
Who is the Heart Circle for?
For everyone who wants to experience this kind of encounter for the first time – and for everyone who keeps coming back because genuine connection is good for the soul. The evening is explicitly open to all genders and relationship types, for individuals as well as couples.
The evening will take place fully clothed and without intimate physical contact.
