The process of the basic module
The basic module does not follow a rigid schedule. Instead, each day unfolds organically. organically from the group, the atmosphere, and what is perceptible in the body field. You can rely on the following:
Practical touch exercises at various intensities
Input impulses on presence, consent, body reading & nervous system
guided sequences, demonstrations & partner work
Phases of silence, integration & self-awareness
Reflection spaces & mindful sharing circles
a clear, safe framework – within which experience can grow freely
