A two-day intensive training course for physiotherapists, massage therapists and alternative practitioners.

• Yoga & relaxation coaching: Many years of experience in leading groups and individuals with a focus on stress prevention and psychosomatic balance.
• Fitness trainer: Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanical movement sequences.
