Lerne zu lauschen und zu spüren
Tantramassage lernen ist ohne Vorerfahrung möglich. Am Institut Spiritual Touch in München beginnt der Weg mit dem sechstägigen Grundseminar, das sich ausdrücklich an Anfänger:innen richtet. Es gibt keine sexuellen Handlungen zwischen Teilnehmenden, jede Übung folgt einem Konsens-Rahmen. Ein kostenloses Vorgespräch geht jeder Anmeldung voraus.
Du musst nichts mitbringen..
Kein Vorwissen, keine:n Partner:in, keine besondere Offenheit, keine Vorstellung. Zweifel sind kein Hindernis — sie sind ein Zeichen, dass du es ernst meinst.
This is what a typical seminar day is really like
In the morning
Arrival and morning circle — the day begins together, at one's own pace.
Late morning
Theoretical input with practical exercise sequences: Understanding → Seeing → Experiencing → Performing it yourself.
Midday
Long break. Eating, resting, being outdoors.
Afternoon
Practical exercises in partner work, demonstrations, reflection and joint harvesting.
until approximately 7 p.m.
Closing session and integration. The last day of the seminar ends in the afternoon (around 4 pm).

FAQ – for safety & clarity
Do I have to undress?
You decide how much clothing you wear in each exercise. Many exercises take place clothed or in a lungi (wrap). Nudity is an option within a safe and supportive environment, if it feels right to you.
Bin ich der einzige Single?
Nein, die meisten kommen allein. Wir leiten die Partnerwahl jedes mal achtsam an.
Do I need any prior knowledge?
No. The basic seminar is deliberately designed for people with no prior experience. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to engage with yourself.
What if my emotions overwhelm me?
Then you've come to the right place. Emotions are not a disruption in our work, but often the moment when something heals. Our facilitators are trauma-informed and handle such moments professionally—you will not be exposed or left alone.
Is this a sexual service?
No. Tantric massage at Spiritual Touch is bodywork and a learning space, not a sexual service. There is no sexual interaction between instructors and participants. All exercises adhere to the ethics of the Tantric Massage Association, and your explicit consent is required before every step.
What is your stance on alcohol and other substances?
Our spaces are substance-free. We work with presence and an alert nervous system — alcohol and other substances have no place in the seminar.
I have a physical disability — or I'm about to start my period. Can I participate?
Talk to us openly during your free initial consultation. We'll consider accessibility and work together to find out what's possible—honestly, without false promises. Menstruation is not a problem or a reason for exclusion: you simply adapt the exercises to how you feel.
