Registration and payment:
Your registration is binding once we have received your registration and confirmed your participation. If a deposit is required, this must be paid within 7 days of the registration confirmation being sent. The remaining amount is due at the latest at the start of the course, unless we have made other arrangements with you.

Deposit:
The deposit is usually 100.00 euros per person for seminars lasting several days. For one-day seminars, the deposit is 50.00 euros per person.
A payment link will be sent to you with the registration confirmation.

Cancellation policy:
You have the right to cancel your registration within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving reasons. The revocation must be declared to us in text form (e.g. by e-mail). Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.


Withdrawal/cancellation:
If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of the seminar, we will charge a processing fee of 10% of the seminar fee; if you cancel up to 14 days before the start of the seminar, we will charge a processing fee of 20% of the seminar fee. If you cancel at short notice, i.e. from 13 days before the start of the seminar, the entire course fee must be paid, unless you can find a replacement participant. Only in the event of illness will we refund the total amount minus a 15% processing fee on presentation of a medical certificate.

We recommend that you take out seminar insurance!

Cancellation of the seminar:
If, contrary to expectations, a seminar does not take place, interested parties will be informed. Amounts already paid will be refunded immediately. As an alternative to these regulations, you can postpone your seminar booking to another seminar.

Accommodation and meals:
For events lasting several days, please note that you may be required to book accommodation and meals at the specified seminar venue and that you will enter into a separate contract with the respective service provider, which is subject to its own terms and conditions. You will receive more detailed information on booking accommodation and meals with the registration confirmation.

Declaration of physical & emotional health:
With your registration you declare that you take responsibility for your physical and emotional health. Our seminars are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. If you are undergoing psychotherapeutic treatment, please discuss your participation with your therapist. Participation in our seminars is not possible if you are undergoing psychiatric treatment. Participation is also not possible if you are currently infectious and other participants are at risk.

Liability:
Each participant assumes full responsibility and liability for his/her actions inside and outside the event. The course management and room rental company are exempt from liability claims.
